Perfectly located for exploration, I loved being within walking distance to major attractions like the main square. The room I had was spacious and clean, featuring a cozy living area and a comfortable bed. Breakfast included a lovely variety of options, and I appreciated the daily complimentary bottle of water. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, responsive to requests during my stay. Soundproofing in the room was lacking. I heard sounds from the bustling street and neighboring rooms. While the wi-fi connection was mostly fine, it occasionally dropped on the higher floors. Overall, despite the noise issues and connectivity troubles, the central location and room cleanliness made my stay enjoyable.

The location is exceptional, just a few hundred yards from the main square (Rynek). The front of house staff were professional and provided a city map with directions to tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, featuring a great air-conditioning system and refreshing power shower. Breakfast offered fresh items and the staff prepared hot food upon request. Highly recommended for business travelers.
The breakfast range may not be as broad as some may prefer.
